Artists Striving To End Poverty (ASTEP) connects artists with underserved youth to deliver arts education that nurtures creative thinking, problem solving and collaboration while awakening imaginations. Beyond bolstering children's capacity for self expression, arts education also has a significant impact on children's educational and social development. Since 2003, ASTEP has partnered with schools and community organizations around the world, including sites in New York, Florida, India, and Africa.
